We, Fairair Engineers Pvt. Ltd., are pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the leading authorised dealers for M/s.Carrier Airconditioning & Refrigeration Ltd. for sales, installation & service of their range of ductable split airconditioners and chillers / Air Handling Units (AHU) / Fan Coil Units (FCU).
We also deal for Toshiba VRF units.
   The Company was founded in 1989 and operates as Carrier dealer from Mumbai & Delhi. The company in Mumbai is led by its Director Mr. Ravindra Lad. The Delhi operations are headed by 2 other directors Mr. Anil Aggarwal and Mr. Ravi Vaidya. All the directors are airconditioning engineers with more than 30 years of experience in leading companies in India and abroad.
   We fulfill the airconditioning needs of a large number of corporate, commercial and residential customers. The central and packaged airconditioning business involves design, engineering, installation, commissioning and support of large central airconditioning plants, packaged airconditioners and ducted split airconditioners.
   In order to maintain better control on workmanship quality, Fairair from the beginning of operations has believed in development of dedicated sub contractors for carrying out various tasks such as installation of split airconditioners, laying of copper refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, fabrication & erection of ducting and duct / piping insulation work etc. These contractors are as good as Fairair employees as most of them work only for Fairair and are comfortable working with us as they are completely aware of systems & practices needed to be followed to ensure quality installation. The major raw material such as GI sheets, copper / MS pipes, grilles / diffusers / dampers, insulation material etc are always procured by the company through select set of vendors and supplied to the various sites to ensure quality.
   The service technicians however are company employees as they need to be trained on regular basis as the products are upgraded or new products are introduced by our principals M/s.Carrier Airconditioning & Refrigeration Ltd. Each team of senior & junior technician is equipped with necessary tools & tackles for day to day operation. Our service technicians are easily accessible to our esteemed customers. Attempt is made to respond to the complaint within couple of hours and try and attend most of the routine complaints on the same day.
   We are among Carrier’s largest service dealers and maintain sufficient stocks of frequently needed spare parts at our own premises. The service technicians in the field are supported by courier boys who ensure that parts required to attend to the complaint on the same day are reached to them with minimum delay.
   Most of the staff members are employed with the company for more than 15 years and the turnover of staff is the minimum. This give us an edge as each employee with the experience he has gained while working with us is equivalent to may be 2 similarly ranked people with others.
   Thus with the availability of trained manpower and support from our dedicated set of contractors / suppliers we are in a position to execute airconditioning projects of any magnitude and type.
